I’ve been very happy living here at Fairfax. The apartment was super clean, and all the fixtures and appliances are well maintained. I never hear neighbors – it’s like I have the place to myself! Management is always responsive and friendly. I REALLY love the underground parking with the elevator, especially during all the rain we had this early summer. Having shopping so close is also a bonus. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends or family!

Well managed. The management staff is timely and makes sure you’re all set! We had a work order put in and it took 24/48 hours to complete and fix our concerns. Much better than anywhere else I’ve lived! Our neighbors are really friendly and the underground garage is THE best thing about this place. I don’t have to worry about shoveling, cleaning my car off and no one can get into the building with a key or unlock the garage without a badge! As a first time Mama, this puts me at ease for sure. I also like that there is an App operated laundry! I like that it notifies me when my clothes are done and I can pay with using my IPhone. The days of looking for spare quarters under the couch or visiting the bank are over! Seriously, we really love it here. Give this place a chance, and tell them Amina sent you!
